We offer personalised online run coaching and run specific strength training programs by coach and endurance athlete, Amanda. All programs are designed and created with your current ability, life commitments and goals in mind.
Amanda works with beginner athletes and those who identify as non-runners, through to competitive minded athletes. Any distance can be coached from a 5km parkrun, ultra-marathon and multi-day endurance events.
