We are powered by plants. We swim, bike and run marathons fuelled only on foods provided to us by nature, food grown from the ground up.
We eat a balanced diet of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes and pulses. We eat organic wholefoods, foods with little to no processing and foods free of sugar, additives and preservatives. We eat real foods.
Recently we were interviewed by Leigh-Chantelle from Viva La Vegan about our lifestyle and what it is exactly that fuels our passion for food + fitness.
