What do all these podcasts have in common?
Mind, body and the amazing ability to highlight our human potential. I seek to listen to those who chair the podcast who ask the questions asked by myself…a good host knows how to listen but also has the ability to delve into the answers to create more questions; questions that opens the guest up like a can of worms.
You hear conversations from humble and down to earth guests; there is no hierarchy, no showmanship just honest responses that has you recognising that at the end of the day we are all the same; we hurt the same, we work towards our goals the same and we question ourselves and our ability the same. We are all human. We are all superhuman.
Do yourself a favour in 2020; seek and find conversations that will help you grow, learn and motivate; you won’t regret it.
