Planted Christmas Food Shopping List
How many Christmas shopping lists do you have on the go at the moment? Do you have any secret ones so others in the household can’t read what you are looking to buy?
When I was growing up my Mum would write lists in shorthand which to me was basically scribbles on a page but it made sense to her and that is all that mattered; along with me not knowing what she was planning to buy.
The food shopping list however; that was stuck to the fridge and every spare moment as the brain had some spare time to think additional items were added in order to not forget anything when you braved the supermarket or market for your final food shop before the BIG day.
The vegan shopping list

We are so fortunate in this day and age that reading the labels of products for ingredients has never been so easy; most health and allergen conscious businesses will clearly mark on the front of the packing the key points such as; gluten free | vegan | GMO free | organic | nut free. We love this.
