We’re based in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia with services including plant-based food & run coaching.
We embrace and welcome all and sundry to discover the benefits of plant-based health and fitness, whether you’re vegetarian, vegan, veg-friendly or plant-curious. Our tribe of like-minded beings includes vegan athletes, casual fitness enthusiasts, the busy and the burnt-out, the sedentary and the somewhere-in-betweens. The one thing we all share is a passion or curiosity for pure plant energy.

We incorporate mindset training into all Planted Life services deep diving into your connection with nature, greater self development and building you up with kindness, love and awareness. Your mind is powerful, time to unleash the warrior.

Running is not only the physical movement of one foot in front of the other but an exploration of self kindness and acceptance. Our training programs have a holistic approach to run movement where we guide you to become more in touch with one’s self to be stronger, faster and comfortable with your where you are at and where you are headed. It’s an amazing journey to be on.
