Planted Life offers personalised run coaching and run specific strength training by head coach and endurance athlete, Amanda. All programs are designed and created with your current ability, life commitments and goals in mind.

Planted Life Coaching Packages include:
Initial Consultation Call
Within 48 hours of your enquiry, you will be sent an email to organise an initial call to discuss your current training and running goals. This initial call is set at a time that is convenient to you, ideally within 3-5 working days from your initial enquiry.
Detailed Questionnaire
Once initial contact has been made, Amanda will send out a questionnaire to find out more about you and your running goals. This helps Amanda understand you as an individual and athlete.
Fortnightly programmes based around your current ability, your goals and lifestyle
Your training plans will be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Training plans can be adapted week by week to accommodate your needs and changing fitness. All programmes are scheduled through the coaching platform TrainingPeaks.
Open communication
Communication is important right? You can contact Amanda via text, email or via the TrainingPeaks platform for any questions you may have about your plan.
Monthly calls with your coach
You have the option to have a regular monthly phone conversation with Amanda to keep her up to date with how you are tracking and adapting to the training plan. This also gives you an opportunity to ask questions and gain further clarification of the plan if need be.
Strength training
There is more to running than just ‘running’ to build on speed & endurance. Strength programs, stretching and mobility programs can be written into your plan (additional fees charged). Let Amanda know if you are wanting to include this essential training into your running program. We also offer more targeted training programs which include more personalised strength programs (advanced). Talk to Amanda about the three training programs on offer.
Program Cost
Once you have committed to Planted Life Coaching you will be charged each month with the first month + administration fee charged in advance. On the first of each month you will be sent an invoice in which you have 30 days to pay. You have the option to cancel your coaching agreement; two weeks’ notice in writing is required.
