We will be discussing the impact of nutrition in our daily life and how to choose what’s best for you with the simple concept of – adopting the “Back to Basics” lifestyle.

Tarian Pantry held a night of nourishment with a delicious two course raw, organic and biodynamic meal by Yoko at Shokuiku in September. Amanda discussed her journey towards plant based eating and together with being a long distance/ultra marathon runner, how this has impacted her fitness and training regime.
